Using Forums

The forums are an online bulletin board system where members of the project team can post messages and discuss topics related to the software development project. Multiple forums can be defined. Each forum may focus on a particular area with regards to the software development project. For instance, a forum can be created for technical discussions while another forum can be created for general announcements.

Like file storage, forums also come equipped with notifications. Users subscribed to forum notifications get notified by the system via email whenever someone posts a new message or replies to a post.
