Mail Tracking

To view emails sent to a user:

  1. Log on to http://www.mycsm.com using an account with site-wide Admin privileges.  Logging on successfully brings you to the MyCSM Monthly Guidance Portal.



  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Monthly Guidance portal and click on Data/Project Administration from the bottom links.  This brings you to the Project Crew Admin page.



  3. From the Data Management and CSVs section, click Manage Users.  This brings you further to the Admin page that displays all users.

  4. Search for the user. You may browse through the alphabetical list of users; click on the double left or right arrows to go to the first or last page; click on the left or right arrow to go to the next page or previous page; click on the page numbers to go directly to the desired page.  You may also use the Search function by supplying the name or email of the user.

  5. On the resulting list of users, the admin can do either of the following:
  • Click the View link that corresponds to the user and then on the succeeding page, the User's Calendar, click Emails;





    or
  • Click on Administer and then click Email sent to this user on the section below the Basic Information.




Any of the 1 options will bring you to the page that lists all email sent to the selected user.
