Exporting LAMS Sequence
- Go to Solutiongrove.net and login as either administrator or teacher.
- Click on the course that contains the LAMS sequence and choose the LAMS activity you want to export

- Once selected, choose "Open LAMS Monitor" to open the Live Edit feature.

- Once the monitor is open, click on "Sequence"

- Choose "Export Portfolio" and save the file.

Importing LAMS Sequence
- On the course page, click the button "Turn editing on".

- Once editing is on, you can now add activities and/or resources. For this, we want to add a LAMS activity.

- We need a sequence to have a LAMS activity, so click on the button "Create a sequence".

- It will open up the LAMS monitor. Since we want to import an existing file, choose "Import".

- Then choose which LAMS file you want to import.

- From here, you can edit the activities. Once you're done, save all your work.

- When saving, it will popup a window. If you still need to edit the sequence, choose "OK". But if you're sure you're done, choose "Close and go back to Moodle".

- The LAMS monitor will close and will take you back to Moodle. Choose the sequence you created then go to the next page.

- Name the activity and add descriptions. When done, you may now start the new LAMS activity.

- Now you've successfully imported a LAMS sequence.
