Mail Tracking: Checking Who Received an Email
The following should guide you on how to check the recipients of an email.
- Log on to http://www.yourdomain.com/tracking or for this sample site, http://lnwprogram.org/tracking/ and input your user name and password. Note only Site Wide Admin are allowed to see this page.
- Logging on successfully will bring you to the Mail Tracking page.
This page displays mail tracking details as the Sender, Recipient, Package, Subject, Object ID, Body, Send Date, and Attachments. Thus, if you want to trace or check who received an email about a particular subject or package, you may refer to this page.
- You may change the order of sorting. To display results according to sender or check who received emails from a specific sender, from the drop-down menu, select Sender. To check for specific emails that a recipient has received or display according to recipient, from the drop-down menu, select Recipient.
- You may also simply click the up or down arrows beside the column name to change the order of sorting instead of selecting from the drop-down menu.
- The names are displayed alphabetically. Thus, it is easy to check for recipients of an email or for emails sent to a particular recipient. The first page of the mail tracking shows the latest emails that have been sent out. Down the line are the older ones.
