How to Add Users to IVR Special Groups
The following summarizes the steps in adding users to IVR Special Groups:
- Log in to http://www.mycsm.com using an account with site-wide administration privileges.
- Go to http://www.mycsm.com/time-clock/.
- Click on the Administer button located on the upper right corner of the page. This brings you to the next page which displays 2 sections - Permissions Groups and Manage Dynamic Types.
- On the Permissions Group you will find 2 types of users: IVR Manager Group and IVR Daily Processing Group. Each type of user has its own Add User button. Click the Add User button that corresponds to the user type to which you want to add a user. This brings you further to the Admin page where you can select a user or person to add as member to the group.
- From the drop-down text field, select a user or member and then click OK. This brings you back to the Permissions Group section.
- To check if the user has been added, click View all users. This brings you again to the Admin page that displays all users that had been added to the group.
- If you wish to remove or delete a user or member from the group, click the corresponding Remove button. The system further prompts you to confirm removal of the user or member. Click Yes, I really want to remove this relation. Otherwise, click No, I want to cancel my request.
