New Scheduling

The following documentation discusses the New Scheduling.  It should illustrate how District Managers assign stores to agents who are assigned to them.

  1. Log on to http://www.mycsm.com as a District Manager.  From the front page, mouseover on the CSI Links and click on Weekly Service Schedule.  This brings you to the scheduling page.  You can also go directly to the URL http://www.mycsm.com/weekly-schedule.

  2. On the Weekly Schedule page, select the District Manager from the dropdown field.  If you are a District Manager and you're name is automatically made the initial selection when viewing this page. 



    This displays the schedule of agents assigned under the selected District Manager.  Note that this is only a display of the data; you will not be able to edit or give assignments to agents of other District Managers.  You may only give assignments to agents assigned to you.



  3. To give assignments to your own agents, select your name from the dropdown.  Click on the day of the week that corresponds to the agent to whom you want to assign a store.  From the dropdown under the selected day of the week, select a store to assign this to the agent. 



    Note that you cannot assign to an agent more than the available days per week as indicated on the Avail Days Per Week column.  Specifying more than the available days will prompt a warning that there are no more available days for that agent.  Only the allowable days will be saved.
  4. To remove store assignment to an agent, simply click on the day of the week and select the blank option.
